Firmware 2.0: What's New?

Firmware 2.0 is the biggest update we've shipped since launch, and most of it is invisible — which is exactly the point.

Multipoint switching between your phone and laptop now completes in under 400ms, down from 1.2 seconds, so a call landing on your phone no longer means a half-second of dead air on your laptop's audio first.

We've also added spatial audio tuning with dynamic head tracking on supported content, and cleaned up a handful of edge cases around reconnecting after your device's Bluetooth stack resets. Update through the Skyxis app — it installs in the background and applies on your next wear.
