All Skyxis products carry a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage from drops, water beyond the stated IP rating, or unauthorized repairs.

To file a warranty claim, contact support with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
