Shipping Policy

Headphones and earbuds ship within 1 business day and arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Orders over the free-delivery threshold (set in Admin > Shipping & Tax) qualify for free standard delivery, applied automatically at checkout. Orders under that threshold ship for the configured flat rate.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order leaves our warehouse, and can look up its status any time from the Support page using your order ID.
